FAQ's SPORTS LEAGUESQ: I have more than one child in this league, can I pay with one check? A: Yes, just put your check made out with the total of all of your children's packages in one of the envelopes. Just make a note on your envelope for us. Q: Can we take a sister/brother photo together? A: Yes, we still need the full names of each child on the envelope. Q: How can I pay for my pictures? A: You can pay by Cash, Check, or we accept all Major Credit Cards. Payment in full is due on the day of your event. Q; Who do I give my order envelope to? A: You child will present the completed order form to our photo team member before his/her picture. Please have them hold on to it while in line. Q. When will the picture packages be returned? A: JoeAkeStudios prides itself on a three week turnaround. Your league may be on their own scheduled delivery dates. It's always best to check with your coaches and league directors. Q: What time are pictures? A: Please check with your child's coach for your scheduled arrival time. These times are determined by your league director. Q; Can I buy a product from the ala carte menu without buying a package? A: Yes, You may choose to purchase any items on the order form. Q: Do you have other products available that may not be on the order form? A: Yes, we frequently have new items from our multitude of vendors.
